Applicants must possess the Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or its equivalent qualification. A strong background in science subjects is recommended.

Candidates should normally have:

  • Grade BB or better in Science Double Award or Grade C or better in Pure Sciences (C in Biology and C in Chemistry/Physics)
  • Grade C or better in Mathematics and English Language.
  • Learners with any health-related Diploma or equivalent will also be considered.
